The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.339 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 10 liters country made liquor from the bag, which was being carried by this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.11.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
