The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5860 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

No.4405 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
