2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 139/2025 dated 07.03.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 74, 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the father-in-law of the informant was on his way to home, six F.I.R. named accused persons, variously armed, badly assaulted him. It is further alleged that on hearing hulla when the informant came to rescue, she was also assaulted by the petitioner and the coaccused persons and her golden chain was snatched.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46448 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on account of land dispute. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused, Vijay Kumar Singh. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37862/2025. The petitioner has two antecedents and he is on bail in both the cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 139/2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
