The petitioners being the mother and brother of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 30.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of the marriage by administering poison and of disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family of the victim. The victim has two children

No.15637 of 2015 (02) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 one five years and other three years, hence, the marriage was performed more than seven years prior to the occurrence and the victim was provided medical assistance prior to her death. Petitioner no. 1 is aged about 70 years and the husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
