The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the accusation against them is vague and general but since they are the parents of the husband of the informant, they have been making efforts at reconciliation between the spouses but to no avail. In fact, the son of the

Regard being had to the relationship of the petitioners with the husband of the informant and in view of the general and omnibus nature of accusation against them, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
