The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28112 of 2014. The petitioner renewed his prayer for bail once again and the same was also rejected vide order dated 07.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50963 of 2014. A repeated attempt being made by the petitioner for grant of bail on merits.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24652 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2 / 2 In view of the reasons assigned in my earlier order dated 22.07.2014, I am not inclined to review the matter relating to the grant of bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

Since the petitioner is in custody, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
