JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 At the outset the learned Additional Solicitor General has sought to take a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited prayer of the petitioner is that the concerned appellate authority may dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner against his termination order dated 02nd of December, 2017. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would not be pressing the present writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with a request to the appellate authority to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
