The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 427, 436, 435, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3, namely, Rajnish Singh, Sonu Singh and Yogendra Singh have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3, namely, Rajnish Singh, Sonu Singh and Yogendra Singh are concerned.

In view of the nature of injuries caused upon the inured, the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.4, namely, Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar Singh is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.4, namely, Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar Singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
