The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 1765/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and the wife made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The complainant also made allegation that he tried to burn her after pouring kerosene oil, but no injury is found. The petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2015. He has already remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25602 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1765/2013.
