The Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.34 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the Informant had gone to withdraw the money from ATM and by committing fraud the Petitioner had taken his ATM Card and withdrew a sum of `Twenty thousand.
It has been submitted that the statement made in the First Information Report itself speaks volume as in the upper portion of the written report font is in the large size but gradually font size becomes smaller. It suggests that some fishy matter has
