Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of the victim-girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and stayed at the hotel as well as in the house of relation without making any protest.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dibra Police Station Case No. 21 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner
