JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 After some arguments, Mr. Arun Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. The court below, in the event of such a petition being filed, would not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by the Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
