The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he went to arrest accused Mantu Singh, firstly Mantu Singh protested his arrest and, on such, the petitioners and other villagers came and made protest, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.16968 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
