The present application has been filed challenging the cognizance order dated 03.01.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champran, Motihari, in Piprakothi P.S. Case No.54 of 2016.

The present application has been filed on 30.09.2021 challenging the cognizance order which has been passed on 03.01.2017.

In the opinion of this Court, this application
