JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard both sides. The petitioners seek bail in Sri Nagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Section 302 and other Sections of the I.P.C.

The informant Navin Kumar alleged that all the accused persons assaulted his father, mother, uncle and others. Suresh Sharma the uncle of the informant died.

It is submitted that there is counter version vide Sri Nagar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014. The petitioners also got injuries. The deceased Suresh Sharma got three injuries, one on the head and other injuries are found on the other parts of the body. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9822 of 2015 (5) dt.22-05-2015 2 / 2 doctor has opined the injury on the head is cause of death. There is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners and who is author of the head injury is not disclosed.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the petitioners also sustained injuries, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
