Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ara Mufassil PS Case No. 9 of 2017 registered under Sections 307/34 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR is against unknown, only material against the petitioner is confessional statement made by the petitioner but he was not put on TIP, there is no other material against him and he is in custody since 24.4.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, . Rajdeo Kumar Bind @ Rajdeo Bind @ Nanhaki is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Mufassil PS Case No. 9 of 2017.
