JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to approach the trial court for grant of regular bail.

The permission is granted.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today and the concerned court shall consider the prayer for grant of regular bail regarding the petitioner herein and dispose off the said petition on the same day considering the fact that the statement of the informant in the FIR and in paragraph no. 15 of the case diary (further statement of the informant) are at variance to each other.
