Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
The annexure to the bail application including the affidavit of marriage discloses that the matter is of love affairs between the petitioner and the victim girl who disclosed her age at the time of marriage as 21 years. There are photograph supporting solemnization of marriage.
