2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Informant suspects that this petitioner killed the daughter of informant, as there was love-affairs between petitioner and daughter of informant, whose marriage was fixed on 28.04.2025 with someone else.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, it was informant and his family members, who committed the offence. The dead-body of daughter of informant was recovered from the house of informant. As per post-mortem report, cause of death is Asphyxia due to strangulation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
