Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have given dagger blow on the neck of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
