2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons snatched the mobile set and cash from the petitioner when he was going by his motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the petitioner is under custody since 09.11.2023.

5. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended along with two other co-accused persons with the looted mobile set and cash. He has four criminal antecedents. As such, at present, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
