JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2016 This record has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Court.

It appears that on 28.04.2016, the petitioner was allowed bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner, but inadvertently in the last line "and further the petitioner" has been typed, which is to be deleted. Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, the last line of the order "and further the petitioner" is deleted and the order is accordingly modified.
