ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.3.2015 passed by the VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No.12 of 2014/ 33 of 2005 (Trial No.60 of 2005), by which he has affirmed the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner passed on 4.5.2005 by the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Railway Protection Force case No.43 of 1991 (Trial No.60 of 2005). Having considered the impugned judgment, I find no illegality in the same and hence the revision is dismissed. However, in view of the period of custody the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner during trial. He shall additionally pay the fine so directed by the Court below.
