JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.08.2021 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Aanganbari Appeal No.

08/2021 whereby and whereunder the selection of the petitioner as Aanganbari Sevika in Ward No. 11 Centre No. 20, village- Baidhopuri, Panchayat, Koal has been cancelled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17398 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 II. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Aanganbari Sevika in the aforesaid centre with all consequential benefits.

III. For issuance of writ in the nature of declaration to stay the subsequent selection if any initiated by the respondent for selection of Aanganbari Sevika in the aforesaid Centre."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
