Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 308, 384, 188 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to admitted partition dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
