The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one person came to the house of the informant on 05.08.2014 and claimed himself to be of informant's community and thereafter he allegedly took away the minor son of the informant. Subsequently, the informant and others caught the said person from the adjacent village. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner went to buy some sweets to the child and hence, on suspicion he has been apprehended. The charge has
