2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 4504, 506, 354, 307, 427, 337, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have fired with pistol on the chest of one Pankaj Kumar due to which he sustained firearms injury .
