The Petitioner seeks revision of the order of the Sessions Judge, Patna, in Cr. Revision No. 249 of 2013 vide order dated 12.11.2013 by which he set aside the order of the Court below by which he had ordered issuance of processes under Sections 82/83 Cr. P.C.

The counsel for the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 submits that as directed by the Revisional Court to surrender in the Court

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.306 of 2014 dt.07-09-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order they have already done so.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the application appears to have become infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
