The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.12 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he fired causing injury to the father of the informant as a result of which, he died, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The application
