2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 21.03.2024 before the respondent no.7, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two weeks before the respondent no.7 and respondent no.7 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
