The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted his father, Chandeshwar Ray. Bikau Ray assaulted his father with bamboo on his head and his father died instantly. The other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Satendra Kumar but he got only one injury.

It is submitted that only one injury was found on the head of deceased which is attributed to Bikau Rai. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner nor any other injury was found on the person of deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24890 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bathnaha P.S.
