Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner made attempt to commit rape upon a five years old girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
