2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):

(I). For a direction to the concern authority to provide protection to the petitioner from his sons i.e. respondent nos. 7 to 10.

(ii). For a direction to the concern authority to lodge FIR against respondent nos. 7 to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1529 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 10.

(iii). For a direction to the concern authority to give protection for life to the petitioner in his house.

(iv). For a direction to the concern authority after lodge FIR do proper investigation in this case because petitioner is a senior citizen and take steps for arrest respondent nos. 7 to 10 accordance with law.

(v). For a direction to the concern authority to take appropriate action for save the life of the petitioner and also save his property which is in custody of respondent nos. 7 to 10.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach S.D.M., Gaya for redressal of his grievances under the Senior Citizen Act, 2007. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
