The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 165 of 2020 arising out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the coaccused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40511 of 2020 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3140 of 2021(2) dt.17-06-2021 2/2 in judicial custody since 04.05.2020. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-3rd, Samastipur in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020.
