This is an application for regular bail in connection with Hathwa P. S. Case No. 89 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased who in his FIR has stated that his daughter Premshila Devi was married to Pradeep Giri on 20.4.2016 and thereafter son-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased started demanding Rs. 50,000/- as dowry and for non-fulfilment of demand she was burnt alive and even rites were performed without any information to informant. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 30.12.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14019 of 2018(4) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj, in connection with Hathwa P.S. Case no. 89 of 2017.
