25-01-2017 Today again, on call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioner for granting adjournment. Sri Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of L.N.Mithila University, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 22, submits that in supplementary show cause, a specific stand has been taken that entire grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. This fact was noticed by Sri Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner on 11-01-2017, however; it was got adjourned for examining the same.

Patna High Court MJC No.1446 of 2016 (8) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 Since, a specific stand has been taken in the supplementary show cause regarding compliance of the order of the writ court, particularly; statement made in paragraph 3 & 4 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the University, the Court is of the considered opinion that order of the writ court has already been complied with and as such, there is no need to further keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner feels that some amount is due, she would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
