The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2013 in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 112 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has surfaced in the confessional statements of one Hira Rai and Tinku Sharma which was made before the police and that which has no evidenciary value and also considering the fact that the petitioner has been in custody for two years now, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.11580 of 2015 (2) dt.25-05-2015 2 / 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 112 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 151 of 2014.
