The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 104/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

150 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner for that he is in jail since 06.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
