The petitioner is in custody in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.487 of 2017, a case under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2017. A loaded country-made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in two other cases relating to offence of robbery. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2017. Investigation is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13884 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 P2/ meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
