2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marhourah P.S. Case No. 123 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot and snatched Rs. 4,16,505/- from the informant.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023 and has 20 criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
