The petitioner Tulsi Manjhi in Cr. Misc. No. 11633 of 2015 and Petitioner, Bigan Manjhi in Cr. Misc. No. 12463 of 2015 have been in custody since 30.08.2014 and 31.07.2014 in connection Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 363(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11633 of 2015 (3) dt.26-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner above-mentioned being the father and the son, have falsely been implicated in the present case and have nothing to do with the disappearance of the son of the informant. It is further submitted that these petitioners were working in Himachal Pradesh as petty labourers whereas; the informant's son had gone to Delhi and was working in a cloth shop and has no concern whatsoever with these petitioners. It is further submitted that the informant' son had been sending money to his parents regularly and so far as these petitioners are concerned; they have been falsely implicated due to village politics.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the vagueness of allegations and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. let the petitioners, as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 3038 of 2014. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
