The present revision application has been filed against the order by which the Probate (Misc.)Case No. 165/2002 has been dismissed for default.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has accepted that no step for restoration of the said probate case has been taken by the petitioners up-till-now.

This Court, after considering the submissions and the materials on record, comes to the conclusion that the learned court below has not committed any error of jurisdiction or material irregularity in passing the impugned order.
