Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 324, 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused. Coaccursed Amresh Kumar Pandey has already been allowed bail by this Court considering the fact that the allegation in the FIR was against co-accused Saroj Kumar Pandey to have caused death.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14102 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Angarghat Police Station Case No.65 of 2015,G.R.No.787 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
