The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 407, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took his tractor on hire at Rs. 600/- per day, but the petitioner neither gave the money nor returned the tractor.

It is submitted that the petitioner never hired the tractor of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 16.03.2015 and has remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
