This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 323, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that Prem Ratan Rai and Arjun Rai shot at the informant's brother causing his death and other accused persons also assaulted the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 22 persons are named in the first information report and the specific allegation is against Prem Ratan Rai and Arjun Rai and merely on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner he has been made accused, however, being agnate of the informant was known to the informant from earlier,

Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S.
