That this writ application by petitioner for issuance of direction / mandamus to the respondents authorities to reinstate the petitioner as Force No. 145040651 Constable / G.D. after setting aside the office order issued under No. PEight-2/2018-Est.-2/2 dated 20.01.2018, passed by respondent no. 4, and office order issued under

Patna High Court CWJC No.17417 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 no. P.XII1/2018-ESTT-1 dated 20.04.2018, issued under no. R-XIII-08/2020-ESTT-3 dated 26.03.2021 and for grant of any other suitable relief / reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail departmental remedies against the order of punishment dated 20.1.2018, passed by the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Commandant, 12 Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Sambalpur, Odisha. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
