The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the arm of the informant, Savitri Devi. One lacerated wound on left arm of informant was found which was opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2015. There is land dispute between the parties.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25463 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015.
