Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Manas Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 3.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4486 of 2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
