According to prosecution case itself, the informant was legally wedded wife of the petitioner but subsequently, petitioner divorced her and informant started leading her life as a divorcee but it is alleged that on one occasion petitioner forcibly established physical relation with the informant and later on, continued to establish physical relation with the informant time to time as a result whereof, informant became pregnant and when the aforesaid fact came to the notice of informant's father, he ousted her from his house and thereafter, informant gave information to the petitioner, who assured her to solemnize his marriage with her but his family members made obstruction resulting filing of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar-III, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014.
