In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 394, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the victim was a staff of liquor shop. He was carrying cash. One person snatched the bag and fled away by motorcycle and the Informant fell down there. When he regain his conscious, he has taken the name of Raman Yadav who has committed the crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named by the Informant. It has also been submitted that other accused persons, namely, Chhotan Sahani and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18530 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 Jamun Thakur have been granted bail by this Court by order dated 6.2.2015 and 15.12.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 5193 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 36406 of 2015 respectively.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Deo Narayan Yadav @ Dev Narain Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Madhubani in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 (S.T. No. 33 of 2016).
